Good Shepherd Youth Ministry...
- exists to meet the spiritual, emotional, and relational needs of the youth in our congregation and area.
- gives students opportunities to learn more about themselves, other people, and God.
- includes time for youth to meet and connect with other students and with adults.
- is open to any interested student or friend.
- reaches out to our community and our world through various service projects.
Scheduled youth nights occur during the school year for different age groups. Each age group also has outings such as movie nights, bowling, rock climbing, or sight-seeing. We occasionally take overnight trips for LCMS gatherings.
Sunday School runs during our 10:00 am worship service on Sunday morning during the school year. To register your child or for more information see the Sunday School table in the main hallway. Sunday School is for children enrolled in Preschool and at least 3 years of age up to 6th grade.

Here at Good Shepherd we are all one growing into His future together! That means that the Senior Youth are growing together as a part of Jesus’ church here.
We meet twice a month to be discipled by God’s Word, to build one another up, to serve others because of God’s love, and to have some fun and food as the Church.
We have various outings spaced out throughout the year, like going to a fall corn maze, the ChristKindle market in Chicago, Christian Concerts, paintball, etc. These outings with be rotated with service opportunities at Kane County Food Bank, Phil's Friends and many more.
Come join us and be ready to see what God has in store for us all!

"Saving is all His idea, and all His work. All we do is trust Him enough to let Him do it. It's God's gift from start to finish! We don't play the major role. If we did, we'd probably go around bragging that we'd done the whole thing! No, we neither make nor save ourselves. God does both the making and saving." Ephesians 2:8-10.
"God, who got you started in this spiritual adventure, shares with us the life of His Son and our Master Jesus. He will never give up on you. Never forget that." 1 Corinthians 1:9.
